Jungle Trekking Mt Alab Day Trip

Ex-Kota Kinabalu Our Jungle Trekking Mt Alab Day Trip covers approximately a 12km trail and is considered a challenging climb. The first 6km ascent will bring you to Minduk Sirung peak at 2,050m altitude. This will take approximately 4 – 5 hours. After conquering the peak, you will descend another 6km (taking approximately 4 hours), until you reach the Mahua Waterfall where you have the opportunity to take a cool and relaxing dip in the natural pool waters. The trek through the surrounding jungle & waterfall area is interesting only if you love to be in the jungle, but don’t expect too much from the summit, the summit is covered with trees, there are no views on this trail. Its all about the jungle trek itself. Its surrounding in rainforest and you will likely be the only people on the route. Its truly off the beaten track.
