SeaFire Group October 2015
Downbelow welcomes back Seasfire, the crazy organisation of divers from Mont Kiara International School in Kuala Lumpur, West Malaysia!
For 5 days and 4 nights, the group of 13 (including 2 chaperoning staff, who also happen to be SCUBA Instructors!), will be experiencing Scuba Diving activities under the supervision of our island staff team of PADI pro divers! Each day, the group will be transferred from our Downbelow Adventure Lodge where they are spending their evenings, where it’s so close to Kota Kinabalu city centre for them to enjoy the nightlife and experience the culture of Sabah.
The 11 students are at different levels of Dive Education: with 4 just beginning their dive adventure on the PADI Open Water Diver course, another 4 are qualifying as Advanced Open Water Divers and integrating the course with the Digital Underwater Photography Specialty too, and 3 will be continuing on to certify as Rescue Divers. And this is the 3rd consecutive year the Seasfire crew have gone diving with us, and we’re so fortunate to be able to go diving with good friends!
